Ticket prices during the presale period, which runs until February 5, 2026, remain almost unchanged — the only exception is Saturday, when tickets are 5 euros more expensive, reflecting the added value of two competitions in one day.
On Saturday, for the first time in history, spectators will be able to watch both women’s and men’s events, which entails higher operational costs: an additional prize fund for the female athletes and travel expenses for the teams, preparation and execution of an extra competition, engagement of logistics and security services, and an expanded accompanying program.
The value of Planica as a sporting and tourism event continues to grow following Domen Prevc’s world record and the excellent performances of Slovenian teams. At the same time, in recent years, the costs of organizing the event — from technical services to security and infrastructure — have increased significantly. All of this had to be taken into account when setting the regular ticket prices.
Presale prices for standing areas, the most popular choice among Slovenian fans, remain the same as last year (€20 for Thursday, €30 for Friday and Sunday), except for Saturday, when the price is €35. Children up to 6 years old, accompanied by parents or guardians, can still attend Planica free of charge.
VIP EXPERIANCE
For grandstand and VIP tickets, the adjustments are minimal — on average 5 to 10 euros. For the first time, VIP ticket buyers will also benefit from discounted presale prices.
It should be emphasized that price changes apply only to regular sales, as the organizers wish to encourage early ticket purchases through more favorable presale prices. This approach allows for better event planning while rewarding the most loyal visitors who attend Planica every year.

The traditional “Family Sunday” remains in place — on that day, children up to 14 years of age will have free access to standing areas and receive a 50% discount on grandstand and VIP areas.
Ticket presales for Planica 2026 will remain open until the start of the Winter Olympic Games in February next year.
