We will be happy to welcome you at the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup in Planica.

Because the organization of the event is still dictated by Covid-19 we kindly ask you to carefully read the following Protocol with rules and guidelines. The number of media representatives at the event will be limited since health and safety of all participants is number one priority.

Journalists and photographers

Before submitting request for accreditation we kindly ask you to carefully read the following Protocol with rules and guidelines.

OC Planica Anti-Covid-19 Protocol for media representatives >>

The number of journalists and photographers at the event will be limited. Priority will be given to agencies, followed by major national newspapers, industry publications and so on. At the possible request by the OC, freelance journalists and photographers will need to provide a full list of clients to be considered for accreditation.

OC Planica reserves the right to decline requests for accreditations due to limited space in the media areas, to ensure adequate measures to protect the health of all participants.

Deadline for accreditation requests for all media representatives was Wednesday, 17th of March 2021.

If your request for accreditation is confirmed, we will only be able to issue and activate it if the following conditions are met:

• Submission of proof of accommodation in a media hotel upon accreditation pick-up.

• Mandatory two tests for Covid-19 which will be held in Hotel Ramada Resort in Kranjska Gora:
- PCR test on Wednesday, 24th of March, from 08.00 to 10.00. The results will be known within four hours. Price: 89 EUR.
- Rapid antigen test on Friday, 26th of March, from 08.00 to 10.00. The results will be known within one hour. Price: 40 EUR.

After confirmation of a negative test results individual’s accreditation will be cleared/activated to enter the event site. All costs for testing shall be paid by individuals/companies.

Accommodation price list: Hotel**** Kranjska Gora
- bed and breakfast in a double room per person: 78 EUR / night;
- half board in a double room per person: 90 EUR / night;
- bed and breakfast in a single room: 98 EUR / night;
- half board in a single room: 110 EUR / night.
* + Tourist tax 3 EUR per person per night.

You will receive an accommodation form via email after approval of the accreditation request.



TV and multimedia

Accreditation requests for international TV, Radio, production and internet companies planning to film footage of the Event, are to be submitted directly to the TV & Media rights holder of this Event, Infront Sports & Media. Kindly address such requests to rights@infrontsports.com and elena.colasanti@infrontsports.com.

Accreditations requests for domestic (Slovenian) TV, Radio, production and internet companies planning to film footage of the Event, are to be submitted to RTV Slovenija. Kindly address such requests to Ms. Mateja Mir at matej.mir@rtvslo.si.


Accreditation office

Accreditations can be obtained in the accreditation office, which is located in the 1st floor of Ramada Resort (ex Hotel Larix) in Kranjska Gora, Borovška cesta 99, 4280 Kranjska Gora.

Private transport is strongly recommended. Parking spots are available in the immediate vicinity of the media center in Planica. You will receive a parking pass along with the accreditation.

Media center

Media center is located at the event site in Planica in the 2nd lower floor of the stadium. Here 80 working places are available, warm meals, snacks and drinks. Press conferences will be hosted online.
