- holders of Friday GRANDSTAND KAVKA tickets.
* Those ticket holders who used the Friday ticket to attend the event on Sunday, April 2 2023 are not entitled for a refund.
For a refund, ticket holders should contact Kompas sales point (info@kompas.si ) or Eventim (info@eventim.si ), where the ticket was purchased.
If the ticket was purchased at a Petrol outlet, please contact the Petrol outlet where you bought the ticket.
All ticket holders who bought tickets at the venue should contact:
- info@kompas.si – if Kompas is mentioned on the ticket
- info@eventim.si – if Eventim is mentioned on the ticket
For a refund, you need a copy of the ticket or invoice that you received at the time of purchase.
Refunds for purchased tickets will begin after a technical inspection of the digital entry codes, or at the latest from Monday April 17, 2023 onwards.
