Event visitors

General terms and rules at the event site

By participating at the event, the visitor allows filming and photography in a public place without the demand of compensation or compensation for the purposes of public information, including processing for journalistic purposes, and security purposes.

By purchasing a ticket, the visitor unreservedly agrees with the restrictions set by the event organizer. The ticket is valid for one person, on the day of the event, indicated on the ticket. Any misuse will be punished. Refund is not possible, except in case of cancelling the event or changing the date of the event. Refund is only possible with a purchased ticket or receipt.

Intake of weapons, explosive devices, pyrotechnic products, fireworks, alcohol, bottles, glasses, cans, poles, and other dangerous items that can endanger safety of the people and their health is strictly prohibited. 

The exit at the time of the event is only possible at designated and marked places.

Visit of the event is at your own risk. The organizer reserves the right to minor changes to the program.

Tickets should be bought only from authorized dealers.


General terms and rules for the accredited persons

With receiving the accreditation, you agree without exception to the general conditions and rules that apply at the event and are listed at the following website: www.planica.si/en. The accreditation is valid for one person, who is listed on the accreditation. The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme. Intake of alcohol, bottles, glasses, cans, sticks, weapons, explosives, fireworks, and other items that may endanger people's safety is strictly prohibited. Drones, bicycles, and pets are not allowed in the area of the public event. It is also not allowed to dump waste on unmarked surfaces.

Accreditations will be used and must always be worn in a visible place from March 29, 2023 onwards.

The accreditation is only valid for the days listed on the media accreditation form.

FIS Season Accreditations are not valid on the days of the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Planica 2023, without exception.

If the accreditation is lost or stolen, the Accreditation Centre must be notified immediately. The fee for issuing a new accreditation is €50. Any abuse of the accreditation will be prosecuted.

Exit during the event is only possible at designated and marked places. Attendance of the event is at your own risk. The accreditation is the property of the OC Planica and can be revoked at any time.
