Planica 7: Daniel Huber extends lead with a jump of 244 meters.

After four rounds of the Planica 7 competition, Austrian Daniel Huber has further extended his lead in the overall standings. Before the final two rounds, he holds a remarkable 26.9-point advantage over his competitors. Peter Prevc has now moved into second place, with Ryoju Kobayashi from Japan climbing to third position.

In Planica today, only the first round of the Planica 7 competition counted in the team event, as the final or fifth round was affected by wind. Daniel Huber further extended his lead in the overall standings, being the best individual in the team event today with a jump of 244 meters and 231.3 points. With the second-best score of the day, 220.3 points, Japanese athlete Ryoju Kobayashi advanced to third place. Slovenian favorite Peter Prevc moved up to second place, with a score of 217.2 points today.
