Kot wins last qualifications of this season

Tens of thousands of spectators were following last qualifications of this season at 2 pm in a sun lit valley under the Ponce. The winner of qualifications was Pole Maciej Kot with 219.5 meters and 171.1 points. Four Slovene eagles who had to make it through the qualifications secured their place in the first round. Anže Semenič was 10th with 211 meters and 156.6 points, Anže Lanišek was 12th with 200.5 meters and 150.3 points, Tomaž Naglič was right behind him with 202.5 meters and 150.2 points. The last who qualified for the competition was Jurij Tepeš who with 198.5 meters and 136.4 finished qualifications 30th.

Jaka Hvala (33rd), Cene Prevc (39th), Rok Justin (43rd), Matjaž Pungertar (45th) and Mitja Mežnar (51th) did not qualify whilst Andraž Pograjc did not participate in qualifications.

Norwegian Daniel Andre Tande had the longest jump among the prequalified jumpers  (226.5 meters), Peter Prevc jumped 217.5 meters and Robert Kranjec jumped 205.5 meters.
